Our Virtual Audio Guestbook feature allows family and friends to leave a message even if they are not physically at the event.
Your friends and family can leave as many voicemail messages as they want. There is no limit.
You and your partner can record your ‘Greeting Message’ that your guests will hear when they pick up the phone.

Your Audio Guestbook rental comes with a standard sign to let your guests know what to do.
Once we get back the phone we will send a USB via mail containing all the messages from your event.
If your event is on Saturday, pick up the on a Friday and drop off on a Monday.

HOW IT WORKS

You will record your ‘Greeting Message’ that your guests will hear when they pick up the phone.

You’ll receive the phone 1 or 2 days before your event.

After we get the phone back, we will send you the messages within one business day. No need to wait for weeks!

1. Open the Voice Memos app on your iPhone or Voice Recorder on Android.
2. Tap the Red record icon.
3. Record your greeting.
4. Tap the Red record icon to stop recording.
5. Tap the ... icon to the right of the recording name.
6. Tap Share.
7. Email it to us using Mail, Gmail or your preferred app.
That's it! You did it! 🎉

- Keep your greeting less than 10-15 seconds
- Record your message in a quite room so it's easy to hear
- Try recording a few times. Usually the second or third will be your favorite!

Of course! Pick up your phone and move it to wherever the party is happening. Wait for 2 minutes till the phone warm up and you should hear a greeting.
